On successful completion of the SSSTS training course delegates that are given supervisory responsibilities will understand:
  • How Health & Safety law is structured and how it applies to Supervisors.
  • How their supervisory role fits in with the management structure in controlling the site safely

  • Supervisor responsibilities and duties
  • Behavioural safety

  • Risk assessments and the need for method statements
  • Site inductions, toolbox talks and method statement briefings
  • Be able to monitor site activities effectively

How Long Does The Course Take?

This is a 2 day course

Assessment & Certification

At the end of the CITB SSSTS course delegates are required to sit an exam paper consisting of 25 questions. Certification is provided by the CITB - Construction Industry Training Board (Site Safety Plus)
