    Course Content

    During the course you will cover the following topics:
    • The role of a first aider
    • What to do in an emergency
    • The recording of incidents and actions
    • First aid treatment for unconscious casualty
    • First aid treatment for choking, wounding, bleeding and shock
    • Assessment and treatment of burns and scalds
    • First aid treatment for minor injuries
    • Resuscitation (CPR)

    How Long Does The Course Take?

    This is a 1 day course

    Assessment

    Continuous assessment. After you successfully complete the course you will be issued with a certificate which is valid for three years.
